Q. Do you offer gift wrapping options?

No, we do not offer a gift wrapping option at this time.

Q. What happens when I submit my order?

When your order is received, we will send you an email confirmation. Your order will normally be processed and shipped within 48 hours. We'll notify you by email when your order ships and if any items are sold out or on back order.

Q. Do you ship outside the US?

For shipments outside the US please put your order over the phone by calling (817) 823-9485.

Q. How are orders shipped?

We currently ship all orders via UPS (ground, 2nd day air, or next day air) except for orders placed with Alaska, Hawaii, APO or FPO addresses, which are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). For Alaska and Hawaii orders, please allow 8-9 days for delivery. For APO/FPO orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Q. Can I change my order after it's submitted?

If you need to change your order before it is shipped, you can request an order change by contacting Customer Service with your order number. We can change the shipping method, reduce item quantities, or cancel items on your order. Unfortunately, we cannot increase quantities or add additional items to an order. In that case, you'll need to place an additional order. To request an order change, send an email to Customer Service (be sure to reference your order number) or call us at (817) 823-9485.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

At Jobe's Hats, we begin the fulfillment process immediately. Your order will normally ship within 48 hours, but may take longer due to inventory fluctuations. Orders placed after 11:00am CST are processed the following day. All orders placed after 11:00am CST Friday are processed the next business day; Monday. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on holidays are processed the next business day following the holiday. Jobehats.com recognizes the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Q. What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Q. When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.
